This is a very specialist skill, so not having done it before and about to relocate overseas, working with Kim saved us precious time and money, and ensured the house was perfectly tenant-ready in a timely manner, while taking the pressure off us to focus on our move. The ongoing management of the property rental has been absolutely seamless and requires little effort on our part. For the change-overs, cleaning and maintenance of the property, Kim recruited a great team, whom she manages very efficiently and cost effectively.
Kim looks after all bookings, payments, admin, guest liaison and property management on our behalf. This works very well. Kim’s experience renting out numerous other properties means that she has an eye for legitimate, high quality guests, identifying potential issues in advance, and managing guest relations.
Kim is incredibly responsive in terms of communication with us, as much or little as we require on various aspects of the business. She seeks approval for any major capital investments, and provides regular financial statements with the timely transfer of rental income.
We feel very comfortable that our home and significant financial investment is in very safe and competent hands. We would not have been in a position to do this with our home without Kim’s expertise and support.
